We use a premium heat treated chrome moly steel, with a durable black phosphate finish that offers superior strength and corrosion resistance. All Icon sockets have a 6 point design for maximum torque, chamfered socket openings for quick fastener engagement, and a thin wall design for easy access on difficult fasteners. All impact sockets feature a semi-shallow hex depth to keep the fastener near the end of the socket for more efficient work. We’ve also added easy to read size markings, and included a premium storage tray to help keep your tools organized.
